1. Where do you ship?

We only ship to U.S.A. continental states.

2. Do you ship packages the day of the order?

Print magazines ordered on SpeakUpSis Magazine website are printed and shipped on demand using a 3rd party printing company. Customers can expect to receive print magazines in approximately 14 days. Preordered magazines are shipped within the month of preorder date. Digital downloads are made available immediately. For all other SpeakUpSis Magazine merchandise, i.e., shirts, mugs, hoodies, hats, etc., we use a dropshipping, "print-on-demand," company which typically takes 1-7 business days to process before shipping. Customers can expect to receive merchandise in approximately 14 days.

3. What is your standard shipping method? Do you offer faster options?

USPS is our standard shipping method. However, SpeakUpSis Magazine may use other shipping methods at its sole discretion. You may contact via email at info@speakupsismagazine.com for faster shipping options.  There will be additional shipping and handling costs for faster options.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Periodically, we offer promo codes for free shipping.  You must use promo code at checkout for the discount.

RETURNS

1. Can I return a purchase if I don't like what I ordered?

All purchases are non-returnable. 

Exception:  If you receive broken merchandise, you must notify us via email at info@speakupsismagazine.com the day you receive the package and attach a photo of the broken merchandise alongside the original packaging.  We will send you a replacement of the item you purchased at no cost to you.

2. Can I get a refund if I don't like or don't want what I ordered?

No. Refunds are not available for any reason.
