1. Where do you ship?
We only ship to U.S.A. continental states.
2. Do you ship packages the day of the order?
Instock magazines are shipped shipped within 1-3 business days after the order date. Preorered magazines are shipped within the month of preorder date. Digital downloads are made available immediately. For all other SpeakUpSis Magazine merchandise, i.e., shirts, mugs, hoodies, hats, etc., we use a dropshipping, "print-on-demand," company which typically takes 1-7 business days to process before shipping. Customers can expect to receive merchandise in approximately 14 days.
3. What is your standard shipping method? Do you offer faster options?
USPS is our standard shipping method. You may contact via email at email@example.com for faster shipping options. There will be additional shipping and handling costs for faster options.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Periodically, we offer promo codes for free shipping. You must use promo code at checkout for the discount. We also offer a "Pick up" option for preorder and instock magazines. This option must be selected at checkout.
1. Can I return a purchase if I don't like what I ordered?
All purchases are non-returnable.
Exception: If you receive broken merchandise, you must notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org the day you receive the package and attach a photo of the broken merchandise alongside the original packaging. We will send you a replacement of the item you purchased at no cost to you.
2. Can I get a refund if I don't like or don't want what I ordered?
No. Refunds are not available for any reason.
